After you place and we process your order for your Melanotan 2 Tanning injections you will receive a confirmation email.  As we process orders manually this can take up to 2 hours to arrive (we normally process Monday to Friday between 8 and 4 and occasionally on weekends during busy periods). It will tell you when your order will be shipped. 

This sometimes goes into a junk folder so be sure to check. At this point your order status is ‘Processed’.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Once your order is ‘Shipped’ you will receive an email with your reference number on, which you can follow your order and see if delivery has been attempted at http://www.royalmail.com/trackdetails
